Interim Executive Board (IEB)
Governance
The Venn Academy Trust Board of Trustees has appointed an Interim Executive Board (IEB) to provide strengthened governance and focused support for Newman School.
The IEB operates under delegated authority from the Board of Trustees, overseeing school improvement and monitoring progress against agreed priorities. The Board of Trustees retains overall accountability for the academy and receives regular reports from the IEB.
